The website www.tecnicaimmobiliare.it (hereinafter the "website") does not provide for the possibility of registering and / or registering, or sending any newsletters, and is structured in such a way as to allow the user to visit the majority of content without identifying or disclosing personal information.

3. Duration of treatment

The personal data you provide will be kept for a period of time not exceeding what is strictly necessary for the achievement of the contractual purpose envisaged by the assignment of mediation and the service requested by you, and that provided by the competent authorities for the performance of all legal obligations (eg anti-money laundering obligations).

4. Methods of data processing

In relation to the purposes described in the previous paragraph, the processing of personal data will be performed by means of paper and / or electronic instruments with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined above and, in any case, to ensure the security, confidentiality and confidentiality of the data . Personal data that do not need to be kept for the purposes indicated and according to the legal obligations, will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form.

c) to consultants who assist in various ways the "Tecnica Immobiliare" with particular reference to legal, tax, social security, accounting, organizational aspects; 
d) to any other person to whom the data must be communicated according to legal provisions; 
e) to other real estate agencies with which a collaboration has been agreed;
f)  subjects, entities and / or companies that manage and / or participate in the management and / or maintenance of the site.

7. Dissemination of data

8. Rights of the interested party

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
